Solano County Senior Care professionals are invited to join us at this Lunch and Learn event to learn about the resource of Care Management. With our recent hire, Cristina Koval, bringing Care Management to the Solano County area, we welcome local care providers to join us to get a better understanding of what Care Managers do, what type of scenarios we can provide support in, and how ECM approaches Care Management.
