Christ Community Church in Carmichael is hosting a Community Health Fair for Adults on Saturday, October 27th from 1:00 to 3:30pm.  Come get a free health assessment, learn to live healthy, listen to featured speakers, and learn about area services and resources, including Elder Care Management of Northern California.  Be sure to stop by our table to learn more about how our services might be able to support you or someone you know. This event is free and open to the public.
