Elder Care Management will be hosting an educational resource table and providing a 20 minute presentation on our services at the Dignity Health MS Achievement Center Community Resource Fair.

“Join us to learn what is available in your community from various organizations. Representatives from Elder Care Management of Northern California, Del Oro Caregiver Resource Center, Senior Care Solutions, and Together Patient Advocates will be presenting information regarding their organizations and services available for people living with MS. Additionally, information will be available from local and national organizations about support services.
