Join us for Elder Care Management’s presentation series, Successful Aging.  A free educational Zoom presentation on a topic related to aging will be held on the third Thursday every month at 3pm.

Caregiving Today: It’s a Balancing Act

In this Zoom presentation, Gail Arno, ECM Director of Care Management, will share information about the impacts of caregiving and the importance of prioritizing self-care. Participants will learn about the signs of stress and caregiver burnout and will be provided with tools and resources for managing them. Gail will also share some of the formal and informal resources available for support.
