Wrapping up 2024

As I reflect on the past year, I am filled with gratitude for your unwavering trust, support, and collaboration. It is because of you — our clients, partners, and community — that Elder Care Management has been able to fulfill its mission of advocating for and supporting older adults and their families.

This year brought milestones and transitions for our team! We celebrate Cristina’s new baby boy and Nicolette’s upcoming retirement after years of impactful service. We also warmly welcomed two talented new Care Managers, Mary Beth and Rebecca, to our team. To our established team — Felicia, Gail, Piper, Judy, Cindi, and Maureen — thank you for your steadfast commitment to our company, clients, and community. Elder Care Management thrives because of each of you!

Education has always been at the heart of our mission. This year, we hosted 40 community presentations in collaboration with 12 industry partners, sharing valuable resources and knowledge with those we serve. Highlights of the year include key events like Successfully Serving Your Aging Congregation, Mission to Honor Veterans, and the screening of Keys Bags Names Words. These events collectively attracted and positively impacted hundreds of individuals across our community, furthering our commitment to education and connection.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Del Oro Caregiver Resource Center, Alzheimer’s Association, and ALS Association for their steadfast partnership. Your collaboration has been instrumental in helping us educate and empower our community, ensuring those in need have access to essential guidance and care.

As we close this chapter and look to the opportunities ahead, we are reminded of the importance of living in the moment. Together, let us embrace today’s possibilities and work toward a future where aging is met with dignity, respect, and compassionate care.
